After more than 20 years experience managing teams and leading digital and agile transformations for fortune 500 companies, medium size companies and start-ups, I have seen and understand the unique challenges that occurs when driving transformation. Experience has taught me how to hone in on the problems with an eye toward creative solutions and a focus on solving the right problem at the right time.
