Strategy creates value only when an organization can execute it.
I help leaders connect strategic priorities, programs, capabilities, funding, capacity, and measurable outcomes. Depending on the challenge, that may involve strengthening portfolio governance, redesigning planning processes, improving investment discipline, establishing an operating model, transforming a PMO, or aligning cross-functional teams around a common set of priorities.
The solution should fit the business, not the other way around.
My Expertise
I am a commercial strategy and transformation executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across hospitality, digital commerce, QSR, technology, financial services, and entrepreneurial ventures.
My experience spans enterprise strategy execution, commercial transformation, portfolio and investment governance, capital allocation, enterprise PMO leadership, operating-model design, digital transformation, strategic planning, business-case development, and organizational change.
Across these disciplines, my focus has remained consistent: improve how organizations translate strategy into decisions, investments, and execution.

My Experience
My career has taken me from building and scaling PMO organizations to leading global digital programs, operating a startup, transforming portfolio governance, and helping enterprise organizations connect strategy, investment, capabilities, and execution.
Most recently at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, I held successive Director roles across Digital Strategy, Strategic PMO Operations, and Commercial Strategy & Transformation. My work focused on strengthening portfolio governance, strategic planning, capital allocation, organizational alignment and ways of working.
Earlier leadership roles included Global Digital Program Management at McDonald's, PMO and technology leadership at Apartments.com/Classified Ventures, and serving as Co-Founder and COO of Xooba.
Those experiences shaped how I lead today: understand the business first, create clarity around desired outcome, align the organization around what matters most, and build the management systems needed to execute.
My Approach
I begin with the outcome.
What is the organization trying to accomplish? What decisions need to be made? Where are investment, capacity, organizational structure, or execution getting in the way?
From there, I work with leaders and teams to create clarity around priorities, identify gaps and tradeoffs, and establish practical mechanisms for moving from strategy to execution.
My purpose is not simply to introduce another process. It is to help create an environment in which leaders can make better decisions, teams understand how their work contributes to strategy, and resources are focused on the organization's highest-value priorities.

I have operated at multiple levels of an organization: building teams, managing programs, advising executive, governing project portfolios, leading transformations, developing operating models, and running a business.
